    John: “How have some of the recent Drata updates help move the needle forward for GRC as a whole?”

    Akanksha: “Some of our recent updates are focused on time savings. At the core of what we do is automation and making the whole process continuous. So that’s a way that we see that we’re moving the needle.

    But another way that might be kinda less talked about right now is helping to create stronger relationships between GRC teams and other teams in your organization, such as go-to-market teams. For example, some of the features we’ve recently released help you gain insights into how your GRC program is influencing your company’s revenue. And, that is really important to go-to-market teams to have that information and then also accelerate processes that you have within your company in working with sales, working with marketing.

    Security questionnaire automation, for example. A lot of that process is led by sales teams that are receiving those questionnaires to get answered, need to get those answered really quickly, and then send it back to whoever sent it to them. We really want to highlight GRC’s really pivotal role in all of that because we’re helping to make that process a lot smoother, a lot quicker, ultimately showing how GRC is not just a cost center, but actually a revenue driver as well.
